This site does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking, and it loads nothing from third-party servers. The only personal data involved is described below.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is BIANGULUM, obrt za računalne usluge, vl. Dražen Hudoletnjak, Ante Topića Mimare 33, 43000 Bjelovar, Croatia. You can reach me at drazen@biangulum.com.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages by GitHub, Inc. in the United States. When you visit it, GitHub logs your IP address and stores it for security purposes. I don't receive these logs and don't use them. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

GitHub complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers the transfer of this data to the United States. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement for details.

Email

When you write to me, I process your name, email address and whatever you put in the message, so that I can reply. If your message is about a possible project, the legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Otherwise it is my legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Messages are stored with my email provider. I keep them as long as we are in contact and as long as Croatian law requires me to keep business records, and then delete them.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email me.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority, Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), or with the authority in your own EU country.
